Bacchus Hill Winery

Family owned winery located in the cool climate wine making region of Sunbury, set among the hills overlooking the picturesque Bacchus Marsh valley is just 45 minutes drive from Melbourne.

Passing Clouds

The main varieties planted on the fifteen acre vineyard are shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, and pinot noir. Additional varieties are sourced from local grapegrowers.

Wedgetail Estate

Wedgetail estate wines are cool climate Yarra Valley wines, with a European influence. They are single vineyard, hand crafted wines which ferment on natural yeast and are stored in French Oak barrels, some for up to 18 months.

Bochara Wines

The vineyard site was chosen for its well drained buckshot gravel soil and north facing aspect. The heat summation of this cool region is just under 1200 degree days, making it ideal for the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
