Brave Goose Vineyard

There are now 6 hectares of vines, with the principle varieties being Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec and Gamay. The most recent planting was Viognier, a Rhone Valley variety ideally suited to the region.

The name ‘Greenstone’ comes from the greenish rocks that are so plentiful in the vineyard. The colour of these rocks is derived from oxidised iron.
