Valentino Vineyards & Winery produces over 20 different types of wine. We use the highest quality French and American Oak Barrels. We have 19 different varieties of grapes grown on over 6,000 vines at our 20 acre estate vineyard.

Coopers Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Guests can view view the entire winemaking process through the windows to our winemaking facilities. Each winery has a different style of winemaking, producing varieties that range from sophisticated Cabernets to sparkling wines.

Owl Creek Vineyard

All wines are made from grapes grown in southern Illinois. These are natural wines that receive as little processing as possible in order to express the "gout de terroir" or taste of the soil and climate of our region

Inheritance Valley Vineyards

The winery began producing commercial wines during the 2002 harvest and opened for sales in 2003. Our goal is to provide quality wines to be enjoyed by a diverse group of wine drinkers
