Bellvale Wine produces fine wine for the Australian and international markets from its boutique winery situated in cool-climate South Gippsland on coastal Victoria.
The vineyard was first planted in 1985, but the story of this vineyard goes back further than that. In the late 1960's a young Drago Javor migrated from his native Croatia in search of a better life in Australia.
As a small boutique winery, our wines are all hand crafted, using traditional winemaking techniques. Our grapes are gently hand pressed, to ensure maximum flavour and wine quality.

The first acre of jinks Creek Vineyard was planted in 1979 consisting of equal portions of Pinor Noir and Chardonnay. The vineyard has been growing ever since and now is around 8 acres.
