Seppelt has two main wineries, the original Seppeltsfield in South Australia, and the Great Western Winery in Victoria. Seppelt vineyards now include Seppeltsfield, Dorrien, Padthaway, Partalunga in South Australia, Great Western and Drumborg in Victoria and Barooga in New South Wales. Each specializes in grape varieties suited to their particular area and climate. Seppelt is one of Australia's few winemakers to offer a complete showcase of wines from methode champenoise and premium table wines to fortified wines.
